Where are Mileena and other characters in the mobile game?

Hello guys, the thing is that while I wait MKX for PS3 I'm playing the mobile version, although it features most of the characters and great graphics for a mobile game there are some characters that are not present in the game at all such as Mileena, Takeda, Shinnok, Liu Kang, etc. . .

Why is that? Are those characters going to be added later? Did "Injustice" feature all the console characters in the mobile app?

Injustice mobile didn't have all the characters either but added them later on to keep people coming back to the game and keeping it fresh.
