What's your strategy for dealing with corner pressure?

I'm playing spare change variation. Chars like johnny cage sonya and jacqui are realy tough when they get in close. As kollector u want to be like mid neutral of course.

What's everyones strat for dealing with these up close match ups? I feel like all of their strings beat mine and its hard to punish. you're just stuck holding block and hoping for a throw.

can't speak for spare change but i think in general with kollector you want to just maximize your use of universal game mechanics since he has so little to work with. don't forget about your escape roll. people always seem surprised by wake up attacks too, and up + punch wake up combos nicely. also, get really good at teching throws.
