Between low fireball and iafb, it seems completely redundant.
High's are for catching jumpers, harder to jump over and throws off their expectation if they're conditioned to low fireballs.
I was thinking about that.. I'm not sure which recovers faster...
I thought it was established that to eliminate the charge time you have to let go of forward before you let go of 1. That's the only condition isn't it?
Not from my understanding of standing Fire Ball... It looks like you have to let go of 1 right after he moves back and makes the ball.
