What's the best converter for PS4 to xbox one controller?

So I'm looking around to buy a converter so I can use my xbox controller in tournaments. I'm not used to PS controllers and just like the xbox one better.

Anyway I've been looking around and I've seen brooks and the titan one converters but I really Dont know which one is the best one to get and if one has any less BS that comes along with it

Thanks I looked it up and have a question I saw that it had r1 and r2 on the front and also two triggers on back as well do you have to use the ones on front or can I set it up however?

You can use whichever way. The only thing is you need to get used to the button layout. Once you get used to not accidentally pressing r1 and r2 on the face buttons its all easy as shit from there.
