Whats the best capper

so u can record tv/vhs/dvd/ps3/xbox 360 on laptop/pc

am thinking of getin the Easycap one. cuz its cheap and every1 recomeneds it

theres others out there like the dazzle one or Hauppauge HD PVR High-Definition Video Recorder

ok i got my easy cap 2day

1ST thing i did was insert the cd which came with the easy cap to install drivers and video software (U MUS DO THIS)


I havnt bought the splitters yet

I didnt use a tv for this

All i did was connect ps3 scart wires (not hdmi) (yellow red white wires) to the easy cap. Then plug the easy cap in the computer.

I was playing and recordin on the laptop

need a capture card, and splitters for your video and audio cables so you can play and capture at the same time.

i havnt bought any spilliters. i jus connected the ps3 wires to the easy cap. recording and playin on laptop

or u can go for the high tech called Dazzle

This is exactly the type of stuff that is overpriced if you don't buy them on the Internet.
Cables, adapters, memory cards, etc can become very expensive if you buy them at a store.

Wazz that thing looks bootleg as hell, but whatever works. That's cool that 10$ thing works on every system too.

yup scheiss that's true man. I went to a pc shop yesterday and they selling spilliters £5 each. That's ridculous. on amazon and and eBay I can pick up a spiliiter for £1-£3 each. so I wud say buy from eBay of amazon. Way cheaper

Got it today... and it's been driving me crazy.
I have 64-bit Vista, and after 3 hours of forum searching I got it running.
For some reason I can see the video on my screen even though I can't select an "input signal", and for that reason the quality isn't near as good as yours was (Wazz), and it lags at times..

i use pinnacle studio to record with my dazzle dv100 and i use sony vegas pro to edit and chop

is there n e other program i can use to record besides Ulead Video Studeo?...........it blows hard, freezes up and shits
