What's a real mixup?

Just watch STBL#12 and they said a combo that can be fuzzy guarded is not a real mix up. So what is a real mix up?

A real mixup is an option select in my opinion that combos into the original combo. So I guess on that note, a 50/50 or anything similar to one.

Using Reptile is this considered a mixup:

321 (hit, guy is knocked down)

ex slow force ball
dash, 3,2,1
jump cross over
3,2,1 acid hand

if they blocked all i am at sweep
if they got hit then go flying down for another ex slow force ball since i have the meter gained on block

The main mixup in this game seems to be Throw vs Attack, instead of High vs low. Attacking damages non-blocking opponents, while throwing punishes blocking opponents. So it's a guess for the opponent whether to keep blocking or not. There are still a few high low mixups in this game for certain characters though.
