What will the characters of mk 10 be like?

Idk if this is even the right site to be posting stuff regarding mk anymore but, basically all I'm asking is if you guys think returning characters from mk 9 will play similar to how they played in mk 9 in mk 10. Like do you think cage will still be in your face with fwd 3? do you think kabal will still be throwing purple balls in ur face all day? do you think scorpion will still have to take huge 50/50 risk? or do you think the characters will be totally reworked and have a totally reworked movelist?

Shinnok will be a heavy setup zoner and everyone will love him
Kano will have one really cheep attack but we will get used to it and he wont be so good
goro will be the best grappler
Kittana will be ultra cheese with air fans
Tanya will be top tier but no one will play her
the worst character in the game will be nerfed

I hope cage still has his crazy pressure game. I want to forward 3 my way to babying people again. I can't wait to baby again. The amount of hate that a sweet little baby can cause is amazing.

They are gonna use characters from Deadly Alliance and Deception most likely. I hope they put Mortal Kombat Trilogy in the Extras just like they put Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 in Armageddon.

I would imagine all of the characters from MK9 will be back in some form or another (please god no more zombies Ed Boon), although if series tradition stands the only thing they'll retain from MK9 is their special moves.

Yeah thats usually how it is, but mk9 was their first real attempt at making a tournament viable game. And thats how they are making their games now, so we could see more than special moves come back.

I hope scorpion plays completely different. Not working over time again.

Scorpion and subzero have to be top tier in mk10. The poster boys need some love!

I guess Kabal won't be there, thanks to all the haters. There will be a few characters with good BnBs that take half a health bar, until they get nerfed and barely take 30 percent wasting a lot of meter. A few glitches will be discovered in the process, and in the end, bad players will be happy -because the game will be simple enough for them to win-, and good players will think it's Smash Bros, and will look into another franchise.

scorpion has the dumbest play style ive ever seen in a video game. its basically throw a move out and pray to God that it hits or else you lose. So dumb. I really hope he is ALOT safer in mk10 .

Thats what i hope. tbh i rather have ultimate mk 9 than mk 10. Which would just be mk 9 with additional features, and nerfing some characters and buffing others making a lot more characters viable. Ofcourse that probably won't happen but i wish.

pretty sure kabal will be in mk10, He's a very popular mk char. If he's not i'll be surprised.

Nerfing does not solve anything. If a character does not stand a chance of winning a tournament unless all the other players terribly fail, he won't have a chance with a little help in the frames. It's just a bad character. Characters like that must be made again, from zero, with new moves, to actually be good, otherwise they are just attempting to add some glitches to the game. Besides, I agree with you: a new version of MK 9 would be great, but they would have to make some characters from zero, like Scorpion.

Their signature special moves should not be changed. Each MK9 returning character should have at least one signature normal. Some MK4 characters must be included, at least Shinnok, Reiko, or Tanya should make a comeback. And most importantly, NO BLOCK BUTTON, please NRS!!

nerfing kabal would definately help a lot of characters. he has too much and is too good. He is the thing i dislike most bout mk. He doesn't have one bad mu, and is obviously OP. its retarded. kenshi is too good but atleast he loses to lao. nerfing him and kenshi would definately be a good thing. And also some characters do only need a few buffs. but Some characters like scorpion do just have dumb play styles, he should be reworked.

mortal kombat couldn't work with out the block button.
