MK9's music is just bad, period. This is my favorite game ever and it does so much right, but the music is a serious, serious disappointment.

i think they fit the stages, but not quite as exciting as music for a fighting game should be, in MK9 it seems far more reminiscent of MK2 in a sense that the music is more atmospherical and eerie, but i think if it kicked you in the face as quickly and awesomely as the music in MK3 did then it'd be perfect
