My personal favorites are Mileena's tasty treat, and Kenshi's puppeteer fatality. Worst is Sonya's first fatality

Best Fatality - Cassie Cage - Bubble Head

This was really hard to choose... other ones that are like in the running for me... Cassie - Selfie, Mileena - Tasty Treat​

Worst Brutality - Not sure to be honest, I still think there are many I haven't seen yet. (I'll get back to you on that)
Worst Fatality - Erron Black - Sand Storm

Still have yet to do Jax's wrestler brutality but i'm glad they made it that tough to get the hype that comes with that brutality will never go away as a result.
I'm pretty bored of Kung Lao's IP man punches now lol but its still better than Kenshi kicking you in half.

It would have made a fucking awesome fatality if they went for it.

Worst is raiden's shocker just because I seen it a billion times

Reptile's b1 brutality is stupid as well as kitana's first fatality. Mileena's 2nd fatality and her b212+4 brutality are godlike

Takeda's throw brutality is so shitty. And his second fatality is even worse. So much potential not used for this poor ninja.
As for best, Liu's second fatality is the best. Best brutality are KL and Erron's mash ones cause they're just satisfying.

Worst Brutality: None come to mind specifically. Most of them are just "Body part X falls off, character X gets split in half, or character X gets flattened".
