- Never go around calling yourself the best when there's stacked majors every other month. Your turn to fall will eventually come, and when it does, it will hurt. As our wise savior once said, "Your ego betrays you.".
- Everyone saying how washed up and irrelevant KDZ has become can HOLD DAT. "KDZ has fallen off." , "KDZ is done". Please for the sake of everything stupid being said in the history of Injustice, SHUT UP. Not only did he win WINTER BRAWL, but his Wonder Woman is looking crispy as hell. I never even knew Wonder Woman could do those instant air dive bomb set ups in the corner until today? WTF! 50/50 extravaganza. Most importantly, THE EVIL SUPERMAN IS BACK! Kneel before him.
- Not everyone has to post on a forum or play off-line with the "greats" constantly on a stream to be known as a top representative for a character. Viking clearly showed that by coming out of no where and placing top five at his first major with Zod. There are killers out there that you simply just don't KNOW about until they show up to a tournament for the first time. Oxygen, anyone?
- How many times have we heard certain players of this community (whom names I will not repeat to reduce extreme amounts of embarrassment) state that Zyphox would never place top eight at a tournament? Heck, how many times have these players heckling him say that he's just a laughing stock of a joke and nothing more than someone to poke fun at for amusement? Well he placed top THREE(!!!) at a stacked major which is more than a TON of you can ever say. Zyphox went from being a bulled victim to a Flash hero in the matter of a weekend. So everyone needs to HOLD DAT SHIT.
- We've heard Tom Brady isn't that good at Injustice and that his time was over. He goes on and places top four at a stacked major. "Tom Brady will never place top eight at a major again". Yeah, sure he won't.
- The NRS child prodigy SonicFox defending his title as still the best young player to this day. I've literally NEVER seen someone abuse Batgirl's six frame shoryuken like that. It was as if you almost could never cross him up or whiff something near by. I don't even want to get into that corner carnage that was displayed today because a kid that young should not be engaging in such M-rated content.
- And lastly, my favorite segment. To everyone who has claimed "The East Coast is dead at Injutsice", or "The East Coast is one of the weakest scenes for Injustice". I don't know about you guys, but the East Coast is looking pretty strong at Injustice after this weekend. We should be stern here. To this day, the East Coast still holds the most amount of tournament majors wins. So until then, you can all clench that shit.
Congrats to KDZ for winning Winter Brawl, and all other players who went and competed. It was a great watch. Top eight was so diverse with literally everyone using a different characters. Also shoutouts to the Ohio, VA, and Atlanta guys for traveling out. The tournament wouldn't have been as hype without you guys.
