What do you use for recording video off your pc?

I was just wondering what you guys used to record the videos on this site?
Can anyone suggest a recorder that runs quickly and wont slow my laptop down too much for the game to be unplayable?

Camtasia i USED!!! to use, but got to complicated. Now i use HyperCam. TIP!!!! To make it run smooth, make the window smaller.

It takes to long to load. so i Un-installed it. I'm not a patent man. Besides, I'm not use to "new" things.
