What Do You Think of This Idea

Maxter and I were talking @ Toryuken II and I mentioned to him this idea I had for Catwoman to see what he thought of it. He thought it was godlike so I ask you guys as well.

What do you think of the idea of Catwoman being able to walk while in Cat Stance? Nothing game-breaking, maybe at like half walking speed (kinda like how she'd be crawling on a rooftop or something) or a little slower.

I just think it's a shame that at high level, Cat Stance is really only useful as a kombo ender, if that depending on the matchup.

Yeah that is kind of pushing it. Cat stance DOES have many uses at high level, as it lowers her hitbox, starts combos, and can be used as a safe tool to get in.

Making her walk during it would be too much IMO. Maybe give her like a cat pounce or something like Harley's Silly Slide for added mobility, but even that is 100% not going to happen so...

that would be pretty awesome give her a littlle more mobility and god forbid NRS buffs a char that needs it

That would be awesome...however thankfully she has all she needs. I have been finding a lot of success with Cat Stance 2....as long as they don't have a low projectile, you can really make people respect the space this move commands.

id like to see a good catwomen... very rare but i feel like shes one of those underated chars like flash and raven

I'm a day 1 Catwoman who actually mains HG and Frost...but I promise you...she is in the top ranks for sure...she just requires a lot of patience due to not having a projectile. I think she is the true mix-up queen...

definantly on the mix ups i played a decent catwomen and the match up is so unknown to me with GA i couldnt tell if she was gunna go footsies are get me with the overhead

She has overhead/low mixups plus great block strings that are safe...her low whip that travels half the screen is amazing and her MB Dash is awesome. 6 frame punisher into combo...she's hella solid.
