What do you do after 3,2,3?

Do you F2,3 or D1 into your Sword Flip?

I'm finding the window on the follow up after 3,2,3 to be pretty tight. Is D1 supposed to be easier to follow up with than F2,3? Do you prefer one over the other? If so, why?

Might not be optimal, but online, I'll do 3231 air shots. Offline, once you learn the timing on 323F23 it's not nearly as bad

All these prices and I'm still free
F23 is the best alternative for damage, but if you have ehh execution stick with d1

Either 12 sword flip or f23 sword flip depending on the situation and match-up... 12 sword flip gives more advantage and lets u do more stuff on knockdown. Midscreen I end with 12 sword flip then I'll dash up twice and either do b1u2 or b22 sword spin (if u did f23 sword flip they can backdash/jump out). In certain MUs u can jump back or forward to punish wake-ups. If I want to keep them out then I do f23 sword flip.

In the corner I do 12 sword flip if I'm going to do F3 cross-up stuff (if u did f23 sword flip they can dash out/block option select). If I'm going to do b1u2/b22 in the corner then I end with f23 sword flip.

f23, 12, or d1 flip, I liked using 12 as it was easier than f23 especially online and it does more damage than d1.

f23 or 12. Just make sure in your combos you hit the 323 when your opponent is low and you will have plenty of time to do f23/12 into your ender.

Whoa. Didn't even know all this was stuff to consider. Very useful stuff. Thanks!

Are you talking about timing the 323 low after a J3? If so what happens if you time the 323 to hit higher? I ask because I don't time the 323, I just do it and drop half the combos except for d1~sword flips.

F23 really isn't that tough of a link just go to practice and do it until you get it down consistently.

This guy has pretty much said everything. The little I will add is that you can 1 2 or f2 3 into trait. It gives u enough time to activate that 60 frame or so trait startup. Ds in his trait makes most your opponents think since u can shoot or ji 132 for an unblockable damage. Sometimes that's all you need to make your opponent open up.

This mean you don't like me?
I think you can get the f23 afterwards pretty damn consistently if you time your combo by Deathstroke's legs. More so, when they do or don't hit the ground.

It's weird cuz f23 is easy for me but 12 sword flip is super hard. yet some people say 12 sword flip is easier lol idk. and yea d1 sword flip is the best if u don't want to drop it like in a tournament setting.

Would you recommend doing DS standard oki after d1~flip as opposed to f23~flip since there is less splat time on the d1 ender?

after a J3 against a grounded opponent hit it right away or else it will basically whiff...if you hit them in the air or a juggle combo then wait until they fall closer to the ground ... because DS lands on the ground with the opponent further up in the air making it an easier juggle.

I made a quick video just to show it.

Pretty much yeah , with the right gravity + low 323 height you could also combo it into sweep.

So my advice to get a better chance to hit f23/12/23/d2 is to make sure you delay the 323 after your jump attack.

The only reason to use d1xxSF is if you don't wanna fuck up for any reason , i've had times when i've dropped the combo and the f23 / 12 whiffed and they techroll+wakeup and get me on recovery frame , that's the last thing you want.

If you want to use f23 / 12 ender make sure you can do it at least 9 out of 10 times in practice mode.
