What characters would be top 10 If there was no variation

I just realized in practice you can set the variation of characters to none. So I was just wondering what characters you guys think would be top 10 or the "best" if characters had no traits from any of the variations.

Example:

If you set Erron Blacks variation to none, you don't get the outlaw sword, marksmen rifle, outlaw sand throw, gunslinger/marksman sand gust, gunslinger stance, all you get is the basic movesets.

No idea, but Kenshi would be automatically the worst. Be literally doesn't have specials without a variation.

Personally i'd say reptile. he already has very little in his variations. Other than him, idk, Lui maybe? not sure waht moves of his would carry on.

Jax. But if I might get flamed let me explain that if you go no variation jax you don't lose anything significant to his base gameplay. Sure you can't rocket cancel, ground pound the entire screen or tick throw on block but none of those are even necessary to be successful with him, you still keep the plus laser and his plus strings,launching ground pound and his Dash punch, he can't lose.

Tremor is also barely changed. I play aftershock so all i lose is the air ground pound. I actually play no variation tremor sometimes because i hate that in aftershock he doesnt have his mask

4. Kano (imagine Commando with no command grabs lmao)

I'd say Jax for sure. I use no variation online sometimes just for fun and aside from his tick throws (I play wrestler) my pressure is pretty much the same.
