What causes unblockables? I assume this happens for everyone?

I usually wrote it off as "whatever its mk". But my god is it frustrating sometimes. It seems to happen with xover jump punch while someone is starting to get up from knock down the most, but its not exclusive to that, sometimes you will be holding block and stuff just hits you anyway. How this is even possible in a game with a block button boggles the mind. if(blocking==true){hit=false;}
This is not "oh lol online" either, it must have happened at least 6-7 times in offline sets last night.

With jips it could be that you are crouching while trying to tech roll. Otherwise you could still be in recovery from something. Or your block button could just be whack. Don't forget that possibility.
