What button layout are people using on sticks?

Just wondering. I played a lot of MK1-3 in arcades so Im already familiar with a Block button, but that would be in the middle.
So on a typical 2 rows, 4 buttons, what are People using? I see some mention like
1-2-Blk
3-4-Throw
Or something like that with 12,34 on the left. I was wondering if anyones done something like
Throw-1-2
Block-3-4, or maybe even off setting the buttons one more over to the right.

Ive been doing ok on a pad, but there some stuff I feel I would have cleaner inputs on stick like Errons 21212, etc.

Code:
1-BLK-2
3-INT-4
It's the most like original MK while still regarding the new 1-2-3-4 layout. 1+3 for throw, 1+2 for interact, 3+4 for stance switch, 3+BLK+4 for Fatal Blow.

If my 8 buttons are:

1234
5678

I'm using 1256 as my attacks, as usual.

Block is 3, stance switch is 4, so FB is 3+4

Interact is 7 and throw is 8.

Int-1-2-Flip
Blk-3-4-Throw

I like having my thumb over block and index and middle over the attack buttons. I think this layout is the best way to avoid hand re-positioning.
