There's a "REO/Tom Brady" tier list that was on the front page but isn't showing up in any searches, but I think it might be a little out-of-date at the moment.

And if you ask me or any top players from AZ the Tier list is radically different
We will all find out what lower rated characters are actually silly as fuck at Evo

Flash is top 5 because pig and PL said so. They are just waiting 1-2 years that people starts to find out new tech to make him so good. Because yes, flash takes longer than other top 5 to figure out what he can do aperently.
