Unlike last time where I made you tag someone who you felt should get one, this time if you want one, you just tell me you want one and what system you need it for. From there, I will be as fair as possible in hand-picking those who will receive them. By all means, if you already have one but want to mention someone who should get one, go for it but I still need to know what system it's need for.
