lol calm down, it was just some lighthearted ribbing from somebody who grew up in syracuse. its definitely smack dab central ny, not western/middle western tho.. i guess that would be like saying tampa and orlando are both western florida. just sayin'. but, i never saw much of a scene when i did live there.. maybe check out http://www.facebook.com/pages/Upstate-Fighting/273437573823 ? just tryin' to help since nobody else posted on here.

I'm about an hour from Syracuse, near carthage, adams, watertown area. Looking for people as well, even if just to establish a small network across the state, can lead to potential future tournaments. Im willing to travel if the get together is big/long enough, my car is a POS so I try to make my trips count, and I have 3 kids so I need to arrange a sitter ahead of time.

Hell, maybe playing online together this close the connections might be half way decent too.
Anyone can feel free to add me, im an average player willing to learn and practice.

I live in Buffalo. But no one plays MK around here, it seems. I've been stuck with playing online with lag and what not. And I want to get better!

For the record they meant western NY state not City.

Anyhoo, I'm only in NYM's so I'm about 2 hours from Syracuse give or take.

Just not to familiar with Syracuse outside of Carousel mall, the State fair grounds(State fair, K-rock-athon), SU, and the on center.
