Just saw this and obviously they will be DLC eventually if you are able to hack into the programming to be able to play them.

Just because there was a hack for them doesn't mean they'll be DLC. I hope they're not, honestly. They wouldn't be very fun to play and Shao Kahn is crazy OP. Can't imagine the people online trolling with him.
