Was Standing 2 nerfed or buffed?

what was the point of making it 10 frames and a mid. standing 2 was my go to punish when it was 8 frames.
plus nothing is plus enough to follow up with a standing 212

I know this is kinda a pointless thread but its really irritating me D:

Standing 2 was nerfed AND buffed. They changed it to a mid in an exchange for making it 10 frames. B12 & 112 are her go to punishers, but anything unsafe worse than 11 frames are punishable with Standing 2.Still with it being a mid, it's good to use 21 & 212 in neutral.
