Microsoft just announced that they'd be adding Xbox 360 backwards compatibility to the Xbox One. However, not all the games will be supported, because they need the approval of the developers.
They want to know which games you want to be playable on Xbox One.

It doesn't seem to work the same way as PS Now on the PS4, games will be downloaded and not streamed.
