Question - Summoner Vortex Problems; what am I doing wrong here?

I've been trying to perfect it, and I've come across a few issues;

1. Going to the low bat and b2, I almost always seem to get low bat, skull instead. Is it just timing for the inputs?
2. The low bat seems to push them out of njp range when going for low bat, njp. Is that supposed to happen, or again, is my timing off?

I know the right inputs, I just can't seem to loop it for the life of me, or even go low bat, b2, trance consistently ...help
