Tip: its better to his ex punch armor on some of his negative strings that are -7 and under because you want to give your opponent a chance to poke so you can take the poke with your armor and punish. Because in plus frames its really hard to get them to poke you and then you might lose your flash and get poked out of your next string

The lava punch one has two hits in sure of it. I remember that being a talking point on Metallic after patch.

Absolutely not true. EXMagma Burst has 2 hits of armor. EXStraight Fist has only 1 in all variations and nothing will change this.
