Use UpBlock/D2 jump cancels!

Watch and use. I'm sure many are aware on here but nearly everyone online doesn't use them.

As far as I can tell you can jump cancels after you punish a high attack with a uppercut.
Very strong. It's like dragon ball Z mode

It’s not that strong. It costs 2 bars. Most characters have a better anti-air, or can use a Kameo to convert off d2 without needing meter. Scorpion, goro, sonya, striker, cyrax can all offer combos without the need for meter. It also scales pretty heavily. Not worth the meter imo.

This has also been discussed before, it will punish any attack, not just a high. Jump ins are overheads coming down and mids going up and it will punish them.

There is absolutely NO reason to use a D2 cancel. None at all

Thanks I was not aware of that it costs two bars. Then I'd say it's not worth.
