Upgrading Graphics Card

Hey, I was wondering if it's possible to upgrade from an Intel Chipset to an actual Graphics Card.

I don't want to waste the $15 that I bought Arma II with for Day Z and can't play it.

Should I post my PC specs or can you guys help me without them?

I would recommend the 660TI nvidia cards. They are really beastly if you can afford it. They should last you an easy 5-6 years considering the slow pace of console gaming.

If you want cheaper you could go witha 560ti. Those run you around 200~.

I prefer to show at newegg for most of my computer equipements. The only exception is frys if they have good deals on memory, cpu and psu.
