I don't see any misleading...it could easily be either...people think its Zatanna over Fate because of how they did on the poll and the fact that Boon has not shown the results ....if Zantanna won it would they show it when the announce her...
They would get slammed with hate and rightfully so if they say "hey here are the poll results, Zantanna won, and the next DLC is Dr.Fate"
It would be 100x worse then the neverending crap from the stupid nonpoll with Batgirl...

I hope is Dr Fate. I mean, marvel has dr strange, we need the counter to that. But i also want Super Girl, Red Hood, Black Canary and a lot more... gosh I hope they release injustice 2 with way more characters and don't screw it up adding characters that nobody care like killer frost and grundy. I mean seriously i knew both of them but aside from arkham fanboys who else liked grundy before this game? is he gonna get a solo adventure? a movie release? he didn't need promotion, same goes for killer frost, aside from crisis of infinite earths she is so lame that nobody cared about. Why no atrocitus? why no starsaphire? why no brainiac, darth seid, red hood, paralax, zoom or mantha? too many popular villians and they use too that nobody cared about? if they wanted and ice character they should have used captain cold, and they could put like 10000 females with canary, super girl, star saphire, star fire, zatanna and so on.
