Unblockables being blocked?

In Shatters description it cleary states being unblockable... lately people have been able to constantly block it on wake up. Any idea why?

I tested this out, it seems that when the first hit misses the rest gets blocked... I don't know why.

This is done to prevent any easy-mode unblockables e.g hail timed with an unblockable.

Maybe with the Fulgore update they did this, just have to wait for the patch notes
