Question Ultimate Mortal Kombat 2 tier list.

I was wondering what were the tiers for UMK2, given that development for this hack has been finished since quite some time.
Serious answers please. if you can elaborate why each character is in each respective tier, that would be awesome.

A: Mileena, Sub-Zero, Johnny Cage, Baraka
B: Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Scorpion, Reptile, Raiden, Kitana.
C: Jax

I feel that everyone can compete except for Jax pretty much.

Really sad, he and Sub-Zero are my mains in MK2.
I do remember reading some of Sub's changes, but how do they benefit him so much?
