Question - Grandmaster Trouble with Ice Clone

I'm new to games, I like this game and trying to learn it for real. I'm watching all these videos and reading these guides to Grandmaster Sub-Zero, i just have one question. Whenever I do is corner combo ( B+2, B+2, D+1, B 1+2, Clone) the clone doesn't always come out? He'll jump back but the clone doesn't come out, what am I doing wrong?

Not enough gravity. You're hitting them "too on time." Certain combos in the game would require for example the second b2 to be hit within a 2 frame window, but this combo isn't strict. You need to not be so accurate on timing to just let little milliseconds inbetween so that their body falls more. Also, it only works on males.
