I know most of you guys aren't G fans but I just woke up to this news and it's so weird and surreal I had to share.
So in 2016 Toho is planning to reboot Godzilla (again) and do their own series of films at the same time as Legendary is doing their U.S. Godzilla trilogy. So now we're gonna have two Godzilla film series at the same time that are not connected to each other but their own separate continuity.

Cause that's totally not gonna confuse non fans. Fuck I AM a Godzilla fan and this confuses me. Is this like one series is Amazing Spider-Man comics and the other series is Ultimate Spider-Man comics?

I guess that's why the new U.S. Godzilla is the true final boss in the upcoming PS3/PS4 game.
