Throw success rate - anyone have the numbers?

Does anyone have the data on a Throw success rate? I'm just curious, after watching my throws whiff time and time again when I'm right on top of my opponent. Sometimes both standing, sometimes both crouching. Does it even matter if one is crouching and one is standing?

Throws will grab you no matter what if your in range. Then it's up to you if you want to tech it. Which requires you to guess which direction your opponent is going to throw you. If you block you get thrown even if you guess correctly I believe?

My post was being sarcastic I know there's not really a success rate, but I swear I do whiff throws all the time, I think often when someone is getting off the ground. It must have to do with recovery time on waking?

Can't you neutral duck or low profile the throw?

I have a feeling you are trying to grab your opponent while he/she is still in hits stun which is not gonna happen. Like you can't combo 11 into grab, it'll whiff in most cases.
