This looks game breaking. Instinct Canceling

I found this in practice mode. It's universal for all characters.
But extremely good for Sadira, Orchid, Glacius and Spinal.
I honestly don't think there is a safe and useful way to do this with Sabre, Thunder, Or Jago.

I'm activating instinct without any startup frames.

Well, I'm doing a combo without instinct and I activated instinct without going into the animation at all.
As you know, A good player gets about 2 seconds which is enough time to think when you enter instinct mode.
This Tech I found prevents them from reacting to your instinct activation during your combo.
I also have free counter breaker attempts since i can just throw out sadiras web instantly without even going in the instinct activation animation.
It seems very useful for Orchid, Sadira, Spinal and I think it benefits Glacius the most since he gets armor instantly

Could be a training mode bug. Ive had several myself. Once, had it so sabres shadow eclipse only knocked the opponent a few inches off the ground. Another time, sadiras shadow blade demon did not combo at all.

See if you can get it to happen in a local versus match

Still works with every character in local versus mode.

I guess it only works well with Sadira and maybe Glacious because of the web/armor. I had this happen with Jago and the instinct will activate but the opponent can hit you because of the missed counter breaker, resulting in a big combo and half your instinct gone.

I don't have an xbone nor have I ever even played KI, but I just wanted to applaud FPS for what he is trying to accomplish since it seems like no one else in this thread cares.

doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me.

since it has to be done with a counter breaker only sadira can really take advantage of it and at that point it doesn't matter if you see the animation or not. If they're smart they go straight into safe counter breaker while comboing shit anyway

Orchid and Glacius might not get punished but they drop the combo on the whiffed counter breaker and you at least get away

I'm simply stating that I can't tell from the video what he was doing, and there's no explanation in the original post that he was canceling instinct after a counter breaker.

I just was not sure why it was recorded via cell-phone, and this would not have been the first time someone was simply unaware of how to use the Xbone's record feature- so don't blame me for not immediately knowing his Xbone was having issues.

Gotta love tym. Lol. I do hope this game grows in competition. Any tech/info welcomed. I wish i had the $ to fork out right now id b all over this. Cmon tax return.
