Unless the contract she signed explicitly absolves the property owner or company of responsibility in the instance that something were to happen to her, this dude should come out of pocket. Hell he might even have insurance cover it.

If this chick is going to lose out on $85k because somebody thought their consumers want to see flying porn stars, that same somebody should compensate her. I don't think "I told you not to grab my shirt!" is going to stand up in court lmao

no but im sure the waivers etc she had to sign for the stunt will hold up in court.

I know, I just can't see her lawyer trying to make a case for her if it was something as iron clad as a waiver or whatever. I'm thinking it was more of a verbal/good faith agreement, which makes her a scumbag for sueing but she has the right to.

im thinking she either has a retarded lawyer because from video evidence you can see that it's clearly voluntary on her part also they have paperwork to prove this, also it shows that she is the one that obstructed the throw and her own safety. So i just dont see how he would be at fault. Or she left all this out from her lawyer and he knew nothing prior to emailing the lawyer of the case or w/e
