They really need to up the % on awards between gear/skin or augments

I only have a few pieces of gear left for each kharacter and I’ve done at least 75 towers and all I get is augments. It’s ridiculous. They make it impossible to unlock everything in this game, especially for people who have a life besides MK. They need to just eliminate the augment awards mixed in with gear or skins

If all you get is augs and gear it means you have to complete other towers or get the gears and skins from KL or krypt (the statue in particular). I’ve stopped getting skins for Liu Kang and I’ve got about 20 to go, including his classic skin which can only be obtained from the special vault.
I’ve been shitting on NRS for this problem since launch, lol

Well the whole purpose of them adding those awards for gear or augments was to unlock everything easier but to do that many towers and not get anything is ridiculous. The game has been out almost a year. They need to make it easy to unlock everything.

While I don't disagree that some of the grinding can be a little tedious at times, my guess is, they've held back some of the stuff to remain unlockable for Spawn's release. Whether that's right or wrong of them is a matter of opinion, but it is what it is.

As far as the still unobtainable stuff, that list has been pretty well established, so if it's just those things you're missing, about all's you can do is wait.
