Thank you to everyone that was there live for our first show, we almost reached 300 viewers at one point. I apologize for any late starts or any other issues (this is a work in progress project). As you know Tom Brady is a busy man promoting this game and trying to attend as many offline events as possible as we try to build the MK9 scene. We will work to find the best time for the both of us, so please bare with us while we try to figure it out.

Any feedback about the show, or anything is welcomed. If you have an idea of how to make the show better let us know. All comments are welcome, good and bad... Thanks again and i hope u enjoy our shows!!

For the next show, may I suggest pre-recording the hard combos so that less time is wasted on them? Or simply taking random footage of the said combos on youtube or whatever. It would be great if it was like that PowerUp post-match analysis. With the freeze, playback, slow motion and pen assist. That was top notch.

Other than that and the fact that you were both tired as hell, the show was great. :) Thanks for doing this. It's something we didn't really get out of the SF community. There's not a lot of pros sharing their knowledge like that for SSF4. So it's nice.

Only advice I would give would be what vulcan said and to get some rest :p

Thanks guys, and yes i will try to pre-record some of the combos. Tom couldnt get away from the tourney he was at so i had to choose to reschedule or run it late. I think the reschedule wouldve been the worse of the two. Next Sunday Tom has no touney so we should be good.

Thanks for the great show. Record the combos, have the questions already picked out and in front of you and you might have shaved 30 minutes off the video.

A podcast would be excellent. I'd listen to it on my way to/from work.

Keep up the good work; looking forward to the next one.

Also, it would be awesome if the first post had links to each character breakdown on the stream instead of having to manually hunt for it.

That would be cool. Unfortunately they can't do that for the first episodes because they're not exactly breaking down each character at a time. See the way it works right now is they answer all MKU, TYM and srk questions then take stream questions. But questions are asked and answered randomly. So they can talk about Kitana, then talk about Raiden and Scorpion and later come back to Kitana. So it's pretty chaotic.

It could be possible I guess, but that would mean S1lent1 and Tom Brady would have to separate all questions and re-order them so that they follow the character breakdown plan.

Hmm... could be a good idea actually. So yeah, take this as a general suggestion. If you guys don't have time to re-order or reformulate all the questions pre-show, then maybe someone else could help you out.

I've watched both episodes in their entirety and while it is pretty chaotic but they typically stick to one character during breakdown.

I agree with you though. It would be nice if they ordered the questions from the different websites ahead of time then had a "character 1" section where they answer all the forum questions pertaining to that character, then break down the character, then show combos. After they've finished all the characters for the week they take live stream questions.

Great idea guys!! It would be awesome to have all the questions organized. However, the usual issue is lack of time. If one of you want to organize all the questions for the upcoming week's show into a different thread, I would use it. Just send me a pm of the new thread link with each characters sections.

Then maybe we can have Tom do that characters breakdown when we finish with the questions. I could even stop and restart the stream so that each character has their own replay video from my stream. On paper this sounds great...This would be easier for Tom and I, also, for those only interested in one of the characters being mentioned, u don’t have to watch the entire 2-3 hours of show to hear what u want.

However...

The disadvantage of this would be that neither Tom and I are perfect. We can try to keep it organized while we are LIVE but its more than likely not gonna happen. Which means there will probably still be questions missed and information given at the wrong times. Plus at the end of the show we do Q/A from the live chat which could include more character specific questions so no matter what it wont be 100% organized. To make a long story short, to ensure u get the most info you kinda have to watch the whole show because who knows where info will come up.

Things like this can only help the show become the best experience for all in involved. Keep it coming with your input and ideas. Thanks!!

Just to let others know, I took the liberty to re-order the questions to help out S1lent1 and Tom Brady. :)

I created a new thread on MKU breaking all questions like this:

1. Kitana Q
2. Sub-Zero Q
3. Sonya Q
4. Kano Q
5. Other chars Q
6. General Q

I just watched the 3 hour show lol. Damn.. That was longer than LOTR 3. :p GG guys. :)

Hopefully next show won't be as long, we don't want you guys to die of fatigue or something..

Yeah, another long show lol. If we run too long again next week, we will probably go to 3 chars a week instead. I dont like when we run outta time and cant answer everything u post.
