Guess who's back???
Yup that random guy that did weekly free to enter MKX tournaments on PC is at it again, this time with a new and hopefully more entertaining and engrossing tournament format.
I won't bore anyone with the details of my return, only know that due to major changes in my life for the better, I can now stream THE SALT SHOW with RVB on a regular basis and organize the new tournament format every 2 weeks.
Why only every 2 weeks instead of weekly tournaments? The answer is simple, because of work and the schedule that I currently have simply not allowing me any free time to host a tournament every week.
Let me explain the basic gist of things to the people that aren't aware of the past tournaments I organised, my most successful tournament was the EU WEEKLY LIVE, consisting of a 16 or 32 player double elimination bracket for European players followed by the North American counterpart, NA WEEKLY LIVE, that had a similar design only for US and Canadian players.
The NEW FORMAT will bring along a couple of major changes that will include the following:
- Introducing a new region in the tournament, the CIS(RU) region, with players from eligible countries being able to join the tournament.
- EVERY TOURNAMENT will have 3 SEPARATE challonge brackets for the player regions allowed, one for the NA region, EU and CIS.
- players from different regions will not get to play each other to avoid high ping matches and assure the best experience similar to how NA players could not enter the EU WEEKLY or vice versa.
- all 3 separate tournament challonge brackets will be played in the same day, starting with the CIS bracket followed by the EU bracket and last but not least the NA bracket.
A few other changes will be listed in the official tournament rule set that I will post below but most of the stuff that applied to the EU WEEKLY LIVE will still be there.

Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan
THE EUROPEAN BRACKET IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES:

MANDATORY CHECK IN BEGINS 30 MIN BEFORE TOURNAMENT START TIME
*IN ORDER TO PASS THE CHECK IN YOU MUST BE IN MY DISCORD CHANNEL LOCATED HERE:

The CHECK IN WILL LAST 25 MIN, if you fail the check in you will be removed from the tournament and replaced with another player from the waiting list!
After the tournament has officially started NO player substitutions will be allowed!
For players that pass the check in, the following applies:
If your assigned opponent is ready to start the match and you are not in the discord channel or are in the discord channel but not responding, then you have a 15 minute time limit to respond.
If the 15 minutes run out then you lose the match and you opponent moves ahead in the bracket.
Players are recommended to run on a wired connection throughout the tourney to avoid any connection issues and are strongly advised to open the correct ports in their router for MKX to run properly!

If a player gets disconnected during the first round of the match then match will be replayed.
If a player gets disconnected during the second round of the match one of the following will happen:
1.If the player that got disconnected won the first round then the match will be replayed!
2.If the player that got disconnected lost the first round then then match is over!
If the "game session ended" error occurs the one of the following will happen:
1.If the error occurs during the first round then the round is replayed!
2.If the error occurs during the second round the player who won the first round is awarded the match!
SCORES ARE TO BE REPORTED DIRECTLY TO ME ON STEAM OR DISCORD BY BOTH PLAYERS!
