Too crazy? Scorpion can do this with teleport.

Meterburn: Becomes a launcher for a combo with b343xBF2, b343x and then another meterburn for the same, for a 50% damage combo.

It won't matter because throws catch lows. He can just cancel and throw no matter what you do.
Go into the lab set the dummy to alternate between meterburn and cancel-> throw.
See for yourself.

Then switch and see that you can safely confirm whether the opponent is blocking - in which case you cancel and throw - or doing anything else which then meterburn will launch for a 50% combo.

Anyone that thinks this is okay is out of his mind.
