An omnipotent genie that will not trick you says that the very next thing you say will come true as long as you say it in ten words or less. You can be silent for ten years, then say something and it will be true.
It can be anything from "I am now a Mexican man" to "The atom bomb was never invented" to "I have always been rich" it will happen and the world will go on as if it has always been so. Only you will know what life was like before the change, all of history regarding that fact will change.
Also, it doesn't have to be realistic, you can say, "I have badass wings and can fly like WHOOOSH" or "I invented fire" the world will accept it as true, but you'd have to deal with the consequences of whatever you say. You cannot take this back.
