I've been playing w kabal as of late and best advice I can give players like REO @masterD with the spin you have to make players like Maxter CD jr and especially Tom Brady respect the dash not expect the dash

most of the top players I had the pleasure to play dont respect F4 at all....they have the mentality that its -5 with NDC so they can poke every time...Thats great..I'll just let the dash go once or twice then I can pressure with F4 without being worried.
