Shinnok's playable. He has a variation in his fight against Johnny. Jax also has one. But the fact that they're enemies that you have to fight in story mode should be enough evidence that they're playable.

COMPELTE AND UTTER BOLLOCKS I SAY. I feel like we've been BAMBOOZLED, and SWINDLED like little monkeys on pear tree.
