My friends injustice arcade stick started getting shitty after the first couple days of gameplay. He told me that he was having trouble doing qcb without jumping. I tried it out myself and there really was something wrong with it. I opened it up and took out the restrictor gate on the joystick component and put it back in to hear a few extra clicks on the way in. Unlike most arcade sticks, this restrictor gate is very derpy looking, and locks up on you. If this is the soulution to your problem, you will need to do this every now and then.
Honestly I suggest buying a whole new joystick unit all together. It will cost you about 40$. The stock buttons on the stick are pretty solid, so it will be the only mod you will ever need. I bet you could even move the stock bat-top from your arcade stick over to the new joystick if you wanted to, but im not sure.
