The desynchronization game error when playing online

So I started getting this error late last night, and it has continued into today. I've cleared my system cache and done the other run-of-the-mill fixes to no avail. However I did notice 1 striking difference between my games that work and those that give me the synch error...Scorpion does not appear in the champion select screen for those games that will desynch.

If he shows up, 9 times out of 10 the match will kick off without a hitch. If he isn't visible during hero select, then the matches always drop out due to the error.

Anybody else pick up on this?

It has something to do with the latest dlc, I had the same problem for a day or two after I dl'd the red son 2 pack and it was pulled from the Xbox marketplace. After clearing the cache and deleting/redownloading the dlc title, scorpion, etc. it started working again.

Maybe the people that are desyncing with you have or don't have dlc that is causing a bug or something.
