Since the stock market may be temporarily closed, I bring you guys an update on the black market. This info is fresh intel from our inside man who will only be referred to as 'Crimson Shadow' in order to protect his identity.

("The Doctor" is an urban legend, a genius who reportedly turned to a life of crime after losing his mind. He is known to cry profusely shortly before shackling his victims.)
Frantastic -- Wanted. Once a member of law enforcement, an unfortunate encounter with the California gang's ace assassin "Slayer" left him temporarily on life support. Out for revenge, Frantastic is now hired muscle for the tough-as-nails JailBreak gang of 8. After plotting quietly in the shadows for months, he emerged at the Winter Brawl massacre with the express purpose of stepping out from a dark corner and putting Ohio's Forever King out of commission. After reportedly using a clever ruse consisting of a McDonalds chicken sandwich and chocolate shake to catch King off guard, he assaulted him and stole his cape and utility belt, leaving him for dead (apparently the milkshake's freezing temperatures chilled King's hands, leaving him inadequately able to defend himself). Members of King's Ohio gang are said to be 'looking for him' at Final Round.
Tom Brady -- Escaped convict. Was stuck in the Washington Heighs Community Prison ("WashUp" for short) for years but somehow managed to escape, even though the prison warden (Theo) was holding the keys. Was serving a rap for conspiracy to commit (or "Killer Instinct" as they call it on the streets). The gate guard (Viking305) fired multiple shots in his direction, but was unable to subdue him . A 3-pronged sharp metal weapon was found at the scene.
Since escaping jail, Tom has been spotted by security cameras at a gas station in Ohio negotiating with the criminal mastermind "Perfect Legend" in order to carry out a massive theft on a Hollywood Props Factory. Word on the grapevine is that he is hunting the Warden Theo for refusal to give him his share of some stolen items he calls "games". (Authorities suspect Theo of foul play, but have been unable to find dirt on him yet)
Sonic Fox (A.k.a "The Kid") -- Wanted. Has a federal rap sheet a mile long. Most recently fingered for Conspiracy to Hide Illegal Tech even though reports state that he willingly shared it with members of the Philidelphia Underground. Is highly dangerous and extremely unpredictable/volatile -- even other hardened criminals are afraid of him. Spy cameras have shown him playing his violin while stroking a cat and plotting his next 'mark'.
Wound Cowboy (Nicknamed "WoundCowboy") -- Dead. Apparently it was quick, and he was never given a chance to live. A vast FBI sting operation was set up to capture him attempting to use Illegal Tech obtained from a Russian arms dealer he only refers to as "Paulo" at SoCal Regionals. However, the operation was aborted when he mysteriously and inexplicably drowned on his way to the scene (inmates are calling this the "SoCal Screwjob"). Police are currently dragging the bottom of Laguna Beach, but nothing has been found. Detective's Note: The LAPD suspects he may have faked his own death in California in order to take the "heat" off his infamous "Corps" criminal family. Still under investigation.

Was seen in an Ocean's Eleven-style suit bilking players' unsuspecting family and girlfriends out of copious amounts of money at SCR. Is now considered to be highly dangerous and is also suspected of being in connection with the hit on the Props Factory.

Wanted in connection with supplying a pipeline of narcotics to a dangerous and highly feared gang member nicknamed "Slayer". Authorities stationed agents at the scene in SoCal in order to catch him at the site of a rumored gunfight with Atlanta Kombat's "Tre Pound"; but the fracas never ensued. Reports are that he may have been the victim of a hit by 16 Bit at the scene of the SoCal Screwjob, but according to intercepted communications he survived and is alive and well. May be hard to apprehend because he reportedly never leaves his fortified base of operations somewhere deep in California.
"Blind Ducky" -- Caught. A gang partner of WoundCowboy's who was nabbed when he surfaced in eastern New York after attempting to escape the botched operation in SoCal. Currently serving time in the Washington Heights Community Prison, but is still believed to still be highly dangerous and is being watched intently. Also wanted in connection with a bizarre undercover Japanese "alternative services" ring. After the Tom Brady incident, the warden Theo will be placed under close watch in case he attempts to break Ducky out.

Suspected mafia involvement with a man he calls "Tony". Also suspected of harboring a kidnapped child he calls "Tommy" and passing him off as his biological son. Members of his Chicago Ghosts cohort of ruffians carry extremely suspicious and indimidating monikers like "Saucy Jack", "Donkey Disk", "Panty Christ", and "Jim". ("Panty Christ" is wanted on separate charges for robbing and burning a Victoria's Secret on Michigan Ave. while wearing face paint and reportedly screaming "You're fired!").
