Gentlemen, our inside informant (who we will again refer to as "Crimson Shadow" in order to protect his identity) has returned with a fresh set of criminal intelligence on the underworld market. The following dossier summarizes several months worth of intel regarding the movements of many known threats (and a few new ones we've identified).

For those of you who are new to the case, I suggest you first familiarize yourself with the initial briefing here: http://testyourmight.com/threads/the-black-market-report-post-scr-and-wb.41492/

The Suspects:

Forever King -- Last seen: at McDonalds. Word is that King was stockpiling a sizable helping of McRib sandwiches in order to pay off a mafia boss reffered to as "The Wizard" for guaranteeing him safer passage at large upcoming criminal gathering in Las Vegas called "EVO". However on the road to the deal, King was supposedly unable to control his hunger and consumed much of the payload as a "midnight snack". Needing to resupply before the meeting, King has been spotted at every McDonalds between Ohio and Las Vegas, purchasing suspicious quantities of sandwiches with large sums of cash. We expect to find and apprehend him at the scene in Vegas when the deal goes down.

"Emperor" Theo -- Threat priority: highest. Has now carried out three major heists in a row since resigning his job as the prison warden, leaving a high head count and a great amount of collateral damage behind him. Is believed to now be in possession of a large amount of cash, in addition to the "Footsies" weapon. We suspect he is pulling the strings behind many of these underworld dealings. Authoritites believe that Theo's next target may be the "EVO" gathering. We speculate that he intends to meet up with "The Wizard" in order to make off with a sum of money large enough to disappear completely for an extended period of time.

Note: Authorities are planning to use their special undercover agent (codename: "Revolver") armed with a laboratory-developed countermesaure to the "footsies" weapon (a special type of ballistic armor) in order to thwart Theo at the scene.

Diego "Deg" Bommarito (a.k.a. "Scorpion Legend") -- Threat priority: high. Once believed to be an outside asset, Diego is now said to be wanted just as highly within the criminal underworld as without. A double agent with penchant for shadowy and undercover dealings, he is said to have betrayed his own associates in order to cooperate with T.R.I.D.E.N.T. to make a run at Sonic Fox during the Orlando Showdown. It is believed that he has no loyalty to any particular faction, and will ally himself with anyone at any time in order to carry out his goals. Incredibly dangerous, and his motives are unclear. Authorities will be watching him closely.

T.R.I.D.E.N.T. -- Threat priority; highest. Although we have not yet uncovered the makeup of this mysterious organization, it is said to be highly dangerous and volatile. Is believed to be protecting the criminal leader "Theo" and is suspected of being responsible for the deaths of numerous gang members who have attempted to get close to him. Intelligence suggests that this faction/alliance comprises a large part of Theo's "muscle" and may be the source of his power.

Although details are scarce, we have reports that T.R.I.D.E.N.T. may have lent their services to several members of the criminal underworld. Word is that they often strike quickly and repeatedly before withdrawing. There are also rumors that T.R.I.D.E.N.T. may be the brainchild of Chicago's criminal leader Pablo "Pako" Garcia of the infamous Garcia family -- and authorities are tailing him closely in the hopes of finding a connection.

"White Boi" -- A young caucasian male also referred to as "Whiteboi". Often seen wearing glasses and is known for his trademark snore. Was trained by high-level mafia members in order to carry out their dirty work, until he apparently became dangerous enough to take out several of his former leaders and rise up the ladder on his own.

Although White Boi operates quietly behind the scenes and does not call much attention to himself, he is now said to be one of the most cunning members of the entire underworld and has reportedly threatened to destroy all who cross him. Is suspected to have faked his own injuries at the Orlando Showdown in order to lull his foes into complacency for a hit job plotted for the "EVO" gathering. Police will be stationed in Vegas and expect to nab him there.

Detective's Note: Detectives suspect that his initials, "W.B." may reveal a secret connection to the Warner Brothers' criminal ring that could be behind his success. (The Warners have also been linked to the Garcia family). Currently investigating.

Christopher "Chris G" Gonzalez -- While for a time it was believed that Mr. Gonzalez (commonly referred to by his associates as "Agent G") was no longer a serious threat, we now suspect that he has been laying low in order to carry out a large monetary heist at the underworld "EVO" meeting. Intelligence suggests that Agent G has been intentionally lying dormant for months in order to plan this surprise attack and walk away with the Vegas cash. After taking out several rival gang members in a projectile firefight at the Orlando Showdown, Agent G has been moved back to the top of the criminal watch list. Word is that he was only stopped by a run-in with the mysterious T.R.I.D.E.N.T.

Detective's Note: Forensic analysis has revealed Agent G's one known weakness; he is known to leave a trail of Sodium Chloride behind at the scene. We will be carefully searching for traces of this compound at the EVO scene in the hopes that it may lead us to him.

Steve "16 Bit" Browback -- Still wanted by the Federal Government for insider trading and refusal to operate the stock market. Was last spotted in Anaheim sporting a small black mask with a leather catsuit, where he was apparently brandishing a whip as a weapon of intimidation. Although he is known to downplay the amount of weight he carries in the criminal underworld, we have linked him to numerous targeted assassinations of high-level threats. Is known to carefully study his rivals and meticulously dissect their defenses when carrying out a hit.

Word from inside sources indicates that he may be deathly afraid of the mysterious T.R.I.D.E.N.T. organization, and is amassing allies in order to mitigate the threat at the meetup in Las Vegas. He is closely watched and has been placed under the highest level of surveilance.

Sonic Fox (a.k.a. "The Kid") -- Authorities have been attempting to catch The Kid ever since he was pegged for releasing higly illegal technology into the market before the SoCal Screwjob earlier this year. So far however, efforts have been thwarted; as he is highly mobile and never seems to stay in one place for very long. Reports indicate that he may own a private plane or helicopter and seems to be conducting a great deal of his business from the air (authorities are planning to catch him once he lands).

Informants have indicated that The Kid is so unusually unpredictable and dangerous that he may be one of the only gane members feared by the mysterious T.R.I.D.E.N.T. It is said that Theo escaped a close brush with The Kid in Anaheim last month by paying feared hitman Jupes Monsoon to distract him at the scene. Investigators suspect The Kid may have his sights set on making of with a large amount of cash at the "EVO" meeting, and will be stationing agents there to apprehend him.

"Devil May Spy" (a.k.a. "Cal El" a.k.a. "Dark Kent") -- Once thought to be a lower-level petty thief and scam artist, his threat level has been upgraded following the Orlando Showdown. Although he was previously believed to use mostly non-violent means, reports are that he may have directly incapacitated several men in Orlando, including our inside informant J. Rosa. Word on the wire suggests that he also might have made a run at Ohio mafia don Carl "Perfect Legend" White, or at least contributed to his unraveling at the Showdown. Although he frequently changes his name to avoid detection, and was last seen wearing a wig an in attempt to disguise his appearance, authorites are still on to him and have not been fooled.

Detective's Note: Was last seen making threats to his debtors suggesting that "Uncle Phil" would deal with them in Vegas if they do not "pay up".

Tom Brady -- Ever since his escape from the Washington Heights Community Prison ("Wash Up" as it is called on the streets), police investigators have been tracking him intently. Reports indicate that they were hot on his trail and close to catching him in Orlando. However, it is believed that Tom may have taken himself out at the scene, before both the authorities and rival gang members caught up to him. One of his own weapons was found smashsed on the curbside, bearing only his fingerprints, alongside a note that read "I'm done -- none of you will get anything else out of me". Despite reports of his demise, we are monitoring him closely in case signs of him reappear at any point.

Detective's Note: We are also investigating a shady and mysterious link called "The Sponsor" in light of suspected connections to both Brady's sudden demise and The Kid's recent exploits.

"Blind Man" -- Is ducking authorites. We believe that he may resurface at the EVO meeting, however. Authorities have been notified.

Carl "PerfectLegend" White -- The Ohio criminal mastermind is believed to be recovering somewhere in the Caribbean islands and drawing up new plans after his attempted operation went bad in Orlando. Reports are that his carefully concocted plan was suddenly interrupted when he crossed paths with Diego and the new threat his associates refers to as "Gross". Word is that a only a pair of training wheels were found at the scene -- detectives are speculating as to what the connection may be.

"Uncle Phil" -- Authorities attempted to apprehend him at MLG, but he was reportedly chased from the scene by a massive escaped Gorilla. Reports said he referred to the gorilla as "Jimmy" and intended to set him loose on some rival gang members. However the tables were turned when "Jimmy" inexplicably and prematurely escaped from his enclosure and attacked Uncle Phil instead, resulting in the demise of his plans and causing him to flee the scene. Detectives are investigating and suspect that rival gang members may have something to do with Jimmy's release. Uncle Phil is expected to make a return at EVO and agents have been stationed in order to apprehend him there.

"Floe" -- We have little to no information about this man, other than that he was caught in the crossfire and did not survive the Orlando Showdown. Apparently it was quick.

"Gross" -- A former doctor operating out of the Dominican Republic, "Gross" is reported to be a leader in the dangerous "Lantern Corps" cartel. After the previous ringleader, Denzell "DJT" Terry was reportedly surprised, gunned down and "bernied" (buried? sp) outside the operation in Anaheim, Gross is said to have taken matters into his own hands and set out on a road tour of the United States in order to exact revenge. A compulsive gambler, Gross is believed to possesses an explosive demeanor and is known to pursue his victims relentlessly. He is said to be fond of challenging fellow criminal leaders to a type of high-stakes wagering contest he calls "The Money Match".

After incapacitating Perfect Legend in Orlando, authorities believe that Gross may have his sights set on restoring the reputation of the Corps via ruthless assassinations at the EVO gathering. He is being closely monitored for the forseeable future.

"Sonic Boom" Brad -- A low-level associate of Theo's. He was apprehended in Anaheim, and questioned for hours; but investigators were unable to get any sort of intelligence out of him.

"Pig of the Hut" (a.k.a. "Dad") -- A suspect sought after by authorities for his suspected connections to many other members of the underworld. FBI operatives have reported that the once vocal Pig has "gone quiet" over the last few months. Although authorites have been unable to intercept any of his communications via the wiretapped criminal ring referred to as "TYM", he has been spotted at the scenes of increasingly large and dastardly crimes. Is said to be a skilled user of automatic weapons and to intimidate his foes with the help of a sidekick he refers to as "The Ghost of [REDACTED for FBI purposes]".

Analysis of Pig of the Hut's recent movement indicates that be may be on the road to the EVO meetup. A known associate of both "Wound Cowboy" and "Ohio" Mario Sako, he will be closely watched and tracked until his next appearance.

"Ultra" David -- Lawyer. No intel, we're just watching this guy; he seems suspicious.
