I was amazed when i found out they actually had a soundtrack and more tracks on it is composed for and played by an entire symphony orchestra. Not to mention every single track is awsome

i love the jazzy MvC2, the harder SSF2THDr, MK1 more than 2, so hard to choose!

I think that the main issue is that the theme must really fit and represent the game, wich most do that pretty well.

I'd have to say Guilty gear X2 to me, is the best composed adn when I listen to it I almost want to play it right away
