But I want to know who has the best "universal" moves? Who has the worst?
What im asking is who has:

Fastest uppercut
Slowest uppercut
Fastest throw
Slowest throw
Fastest sweep
Slowest sweep
Fastest teleport
slowest teleport
Most damaging teleport
Least damaging teleport
Fastest projectile
Slowest projectile
Most damaging projectile
Least damaging projectile
Fastest dashing special (i.e jax's dash punch johnny shadow kick)
Slowest dashing special
Most damaging dashing special
Least damaging dashing special
Fastest xray
Slowest xray
Most damaging xray
Least damaging xray

If you think I missed one let me know and keep it non enhanced specials if you do want them in put them separately

Sub Zero has the least damaging projectile at a whopping zero percent.

Fastest Uppercut: Stryker, Quan Chi, Johnny Cage, Jax, Sonya, Kung Lao and Nightwolf. (7 frames)
Slowest Uppercut: Kratos. (20 frames)

Fastest Throw: Universally 10 frames of execution. (There is no fastest or slowest throw)
Slowest Throw: On whiff, it's universally 36 frames, but Kratos recovers three frames slower than everyone else. (39 frames)

Fastest uppercut is Quan Chi/Cage/Sonya/Jax/Kung Lao/Nightwolf. Slowest might be Shang, but I don't know.

Throws are universally 10 frames, unless you're talking about command grabs.

I think Kabal is the fastest sweep and Baraka is probably the slowest.

Fastest teleport should be Raiden, but measuring this is a little weird. Slowest might be Scorpion.

Slowest dashing special might be Jade's Shadow Kick. Fastest is Elbow Dash.

Most Damaging dashing special is hard, because Kabal gets a combo off his. Does that count?

Slowest Xray is probably Jax, and most damaging Xray is probably Jax/Kano unless you're including combos afterwards.

Most of this stuff can easily been found in Somberness' frame data
