General/Other Thaw Time when in air

Hi guys. Just wondering why the design decision was made for opponents frozen in the air to thaw even faster than OTG. It's so frustrating to time a good EX freeze and not even be able to reach the opponent to get a combo before they fall to the ground. :-/

Ex freeze doesn't scale damage like the reg ice blast, kind of a trade off

Only when its an air freeze. On the ground EX ice beam scales the same as ice blast.
