She can wing evade out of the following strings I know for sure

Wonder Woman: 3, 3
Martian Manhunter:1,1, (2)
Raven: 2, 2, (3)
Cyborg: 1, (1), 2

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head, hope that helps.

Yes, there are invincible frames in the start-up. Wing Evade is an amazingly offensive tool, yet also great defensively.

I feel like it's one of the weaker parts of my game in the sense I don't use it to it's fullest effect. Hoping this guide will help!
