I'm curious if there are any Harvest Moon players here? I've been a big fan since AWL and just picked up The Lost Valley for Nintendo DS. I feel ways about it. Mostly good ways, but it's not a traditional HM game.

There are terraforming aspects similar to minecraft. I've spent most of my time in the game attempting to dig up and flood the valley. I'm not sure what turned me into super villian determined to make everything beach front property, but I think it has something to do with how bad the marriage candidites are and the lack of a proper town. The game feels kinda lonely.
So if you've never played a HM game before (they're laid back, relaxing, kinda boring but really addictive) this could be different enough to change your mind. And if you're into the series don't worry, all of the crops and animals and festivals are still there!
I believe there are online multiplayer features, but I have not unlocked them yet. Hopefully we'll be able to visit other player's farms (or in my case the freaking ocean, baby!) and perhaps some DLC will make it more.... Moony lol
